On April 4, Music Saves the World arrives in Tbilisi, bringing together musicians whose art transcends borders, nationalities, and genres. The event will take place at Mechanica Club, one of the city’s most vibrant music venues, and will feature artists who share a deep connection to music as a means of self-expression, freedom, and unity. ABOUT MUSIC SAVES THE WORLD Music Saves the World is an international project launched in 2023 by cultural producer Maria Semushkina, founder of CultLab in London and president of the Usadba Jazz festival. The project unites musicians forced to leave their home countries, giving them a platform to share their art and collaborate in unique creative performances. Over the past year, Music Saves the World has brought together over 150 nomadic artists, hosting events in Georgia, Armenia, Montenegro, and the UK. The initiative also supports music schools affected by war and conflict, helping to sustain the next generation of musicians. "Music Saves the World is more than a concert series—it’s a space where artists come together not through nationality, but through the universal language of music. Here, music heals, inspires, and connects," says Maria Semushkina. "We are committed to supporting displaced musicians, providing them with opportunities to share their art, collaborate, and perform on prestigious stages around the world."
